PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
Tiny Tots: 1-5 yrs (no need to book, just turn up)
This is a 'stay and play' class with parents supervising their own child in a safe environment. No subscription or block booking, just turn up and pay by card or cash on the day. The gym will be 'dressed up' with props, activities and station cards to give ideas on what to practise on each piece. Improves balance, coordination, hand grip, fingers strength, by pulling on the bar, rolling on a roller or down a wedge, climbing up the wall bars, jumping on various equipment, walking on the beam...Baby changing facilities available, buggy friendly access. Small area, welcoming atmosphere.
Gym Tots: 3-4 yrs preschool
1 coach : 6 gymnasts max
Improves eye-hand and general physical coordination, strength, balance, fine and gross motor skills, in a fun, colourful and safe environment. No parents present, drop off and pick up at the end.
We work on gymnastics skills and apparatus, but also on 3-4yrs preschool milestones. We set up a circuit and each group performs skills on all gymnastics pieces, within the 45min class.
Pre-school gymnastics is the perfect foundation for other future sports and activities. As this is a structured class, subscription and annual membership are required.
A GYMNASTICS CLASS
4-15 yrs
We encourage both boys and girls to join us. Most of our- children come with little or no experience in gymnastics.
We are small and cosy, a perfect place for new starters. 1 hour gymnastics lessons, or 2 hours for the most advanced. We give every gymnast plenty of attention and we aim for children to learn or improve in every lesson.

ACRO DANCE
8-15yrs
Acro Dance is the elegant fusion between acrobatic gymnastics and choreography.
Our classes concentrate on three areas: choreography, acro tricks, and partnered balance work. This program offers an exciting, safe and progressive home training app. Our teachers are Acrobatic Arts qualified, qualified dance teachers, and/or gymnastics qualified. We work towards local acro dance displays and Acrobatic Arts exams.
AERIAL HOOP & AERIAL SILK SLINGS
6-15 yrs
Max 8 children/class, max 6 adults/class.
Aerial hoop is a suspended metal ring and consists in you sitting in, standing on and hanging beneath in a variety of beautiful, elegant poses, static or in a rock or spin motion. You will build strength and flexibility, balance and coordination.
Our classes are structured with warm up, stretching and conditioning, and cool down. One hoop to be shared between two people.
Aerial silk sling is a similar concept, but with a suspended silk folded into a U shape, like a swing. It is softer on the body, however the activities performed are similar to the hoop, with some adaptations.
ACROBATICS FLIPS & TRICKS
6-15 yrs
This class is our boys' favourite. It teaches a variety of somersaults in different directions and using several gymnastics rebound and non rebound equipment, in a safe environment and with the expertise of experienced coaches. FREESTYLE is the key word for this class, 'no straight legs point your toes' rule.
TUMBLING
8-15 yrs
We cannot always find enough time during our gymnastics class to practise the acrobatic part of gymnastics, therefore we've created a class where we can concentrate solely on flying elements such as round off flick, somersaults and aerials, with the aid of our inflatable equipment. We use our air track and a variety of side stations where to progressively build on skills.
AN ADULT CLASS
We're now offering 4 different classes for adults which include an open session, gymnastics, aerial hoop/silk sling, and pole fitness. You can either subscribe monthly, or you can book your class on a pay-as-you-go basis.
On subscription, annual membership/insurance is mandatory, and you can choose any class/week within the number of hours of your subscription. This class can vary every week.
Whether this is your first step into a gymnastics club, or you are an ex-Olympian, you may be looking for an alternative way to keep fit a in a safe environment. If so, come and give our adult classes a try.
Small environment where you will receive plenty of encouragement and attention. Our adults come to us with no experience.
Open session max 10 people, gymnastics max 10, aerial hoop/silk sling max 6, pole fitness max 6.
OPEN SESSION: come and use our gym freely.
